Rohith, our CEO, is a seasoned global executive, innovator, and financial services expert with over 20 years of experience in product innovation, digital banking, and operations. Prior to his numerous executive roles with MoneyHero Group, Rohith held leadership roles at Citi, Siam Commercial Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank, working across Singapore, Thailand, and Central and Eastern Europe. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Shravan, our Group Chief Commercial Officer, oversees the market development. He has 20 years of experience ranging from building and scaling new business, P&L management, developing business strategy, establishing strategic partnerships to managing complex and transformational initiatives and consulting. Prior to joining MoneyHero Group, Shravan has worked with American Express in a number of leadership roles and with PriceWaterHouseCoopers in the Telecom consulting business.

Danny, our Group Finance Director, is a finance and accounting executive with more than two decades of diverse experience across growth-stage businesses, multinational organizations, and publicly traded companies. Prior to joining MoneyHero Group, Danny was the Senior Financial Controller of Marga Group, where he oversaw financial operations and drive growth within the telecommunications and property development sectors. Before Marga Group, he was a Financial Controller with Kontafarma China Holdings Ltd, where he facilitated numerous successful acquisitions. He started his career as an Audit Manager with the global consulting firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Danny holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong.

Laura, our General Counsel, leads the team of legal and compliance professionals at MoneyHero Group that advises our businesses on a wide range of topics such as product launches, partnership arrangements and strategic transactions. Prior to joining MoneyHero Group, Laura worked in private practice at Maples and Calder, in Dublin, Ireland.

Monica Divik Agarwal, our Head of People and Talent, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources encompassing employee experience and organizational development. Monica brings over 17+ years of exceptional leadership in HR across the FinTech, Banking, and Technology sectors. Her expertise encompasses strategic HR Business Partnering, navigating HR Mergers and acquisitions, driving Change and Transformation, and fostering enduring Cultures within global delivery models spanning the US, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining MoneyHero Group, she has held pivotal HR roles at esteemed organizations including HSBC, Barclays, Atos, and Silverlake Group.

Miriam, our Technology and Product Operations Director, is responsible for management of our Technology and Product spend, leading the planning and delivery of Technology initiatives and running our Regional Service Centre. Prior to joining MoneyHero Group, Miriam was a Managing Consultant at IBM in the United Kingdom working on digital transformations for multinational corporations in the Oil and Gas and Nuclear Power industries.
