Rohith, our CEO, is a seasoned global executive, innovator, and financial services expert with over 20 years of experience in product innovation, digital banking, and operations. Prior to his numerous executive roles with MoneyHero Group, Rohith held leadership roles at Citi, Siam Commercial Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank, working across Singapore, Thailand, and Central and Eastern Europe. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Hao, our CFO, oversees MoneyHero Group’s financial systems and teams, including accounting, capital markets, compliance, and investor relations. Additionally, he plays a key role in strategic finance initiatives, including M&A and commercial partnerships. Hao brings 17-plus years of diverse financial and leadership experience. Before joining MoneyHero Group, he held numerous senior finance positions at Alibaba Group including serving as CFO of their Lazada business unit across multiple markets. Prior to Alibaba, he served as a Senior Financial Analyst with Amazon. He started his career with Credit Suisse, where he was a Risk Analyst focused on commodities and later an Assistant Vice President in the global credit products division.

Shravan, our Group Chief Commercial Officer, oversees the market development. He has 20 years of experience ranging from building and scaling new business, P&L management, developing business strategy, establishing strategic partnerships to managing complex and transformational initiatives and consulting. Prior to joining MoneyHero Group, Shravan has worked with American Express in a number of leadership roles and with PriceWaterHouseCoopers in the Telecom consulting business.

Laura, our General Counsel, leads the team of legal and compliance professionals at MoneyHero Group that advises our businesses on a wide range of topics such as product launches, partnership arrangements and strategic transactions. Prior to joining MoneyHero Group, Laura worked in private practice at Maples and Calder, in Dublin, Ireland.

Kameel Vij, our Group Head of People and Talent, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resource encompassing employee experience and organizational development. Kameel brings over 10+ years of experience in human resource and talent management experience to MoneyHero Group. Before joining MoneyHero Group, she led recruitment teams across multiple verticals servicing financial institutions and technology start-ups at talent solutions provider Allegis Group.

Ivan, our Group Finance Director, supports the Group CFO in leading the finance organization of MoneyHero Group. Ivan oversees the finance operations including accounting and reporting, audit, tax compliance and planning, cash and working capital management. Before joining MoneyHero Group, Ivan had experience in the start-up world and 10+ years in various MNC like adidas, Prada and Inditex

Miriam, our Technology and Product Operations Director, is responsible for management of our Technology and Product spend, leading the planning and delivery of Technology initiatives and running our Regional Service Centre. Prior to joining MoneyHero Group, Miriam was a Managing Consultant at IBM in the United Kingdom working on digital transformations for multinational corporations in the Oil and Gas and Nuclear Power industries.

Jagmal, our Technology Advisor, oversees all aspects of our ever-evolving technology in MoneyHero Group. He brings in a wealth of industry experience, with 17+ years as a tech leader, entrepreneur, and hands-on techie. He has built and scaled teams and systems across a variety of tech industries, from Fin-Tech, Logistics-Tech, Software as A Service (SAAS), and Auto-Tech. Prior to joining MoneyHero Group, he worked in both the Indian and Southeast Asian startup ecosystem, with companies like D E Shaw & Co, Paisabazaar (Policybazaar), Janio, Cardekho, and even founded Connecto, which was acquired by Cardekho.
